Appointment Preparation

  • As space is limited, we ask that you not bring more than one guest along to your appointment.
  • For safety reasons, please do not leave children unattended.
  • Unfortunately we don’t have private parking but street parking is available
  • Be mindful that excessive detangling will be at an additional cost.
  • In order to keep your Curl Spa smelling fresh and clean, we ask that you do not eat any strong-smelling food in the salon.)

Salon Policies

  • All clients will be asked to give a credit card number upon arrival to their service appointment. In the event of a “no-show” or a last-minute cancellation, the entirety of the scheduled service(s) will be charged to the client’s credit card.
  • All no-shows and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will result in a $25 cancellation fee.
  • All service appointments totaling $100 (before taxes) require a deposit of 50% of the service price. In the event of a cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time, the deposit will not be refunded. .
  • Should a client be more than 15 minutes late, InHAIRitance reserves the right to modify the scheduled service(s) to fit the new time OR to reschedule (if no other appointment) to avoid delaying the stylist’s other appointments.
  • Should a client be 30 minutes late, InHAIRitance reserves the right to cancel the appointment and reschedule it to avoid delaying the stylist’s other appointments. An appointment cancelled by InHAIRitance due to a client being 30 minutes or later will result in cancellation fees.
  • Products (excluding jewelry, scarves, pillowcases, etc.) can be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT, within 14 days of the purchase date with the original receipt, provided that the product has not been used.

Inhairitance appreciates each of our clients and to show our appreciation we have a rewards program. Every dollar you spend before taxes gives you 1 Treatcard points. Treatcard points can be used for discounts on services and products.

  • 250 points:

    A $5 discount on purchases of $45 or more before taxes

  • 500 points:

    A $15 discount on purchases of $90 or more before taxes

  • 750 points:

    A $25 discount on purchases of $180 or more before taxes

  • 1000 points:

    A $45 discount on purchases of $280 or more before taxes

Do I need an appointment even if I just want a consultation?

If a product is out of stock is it possible for you to contact me as soon as you receive it?

Of course! We will take down your contact information and contact you as soon as the product is back in stock.

Is it possible to put a product aside and for how long?

Yes, we hold products for 24 hours after which they are redistributed.

Do you do relaxers, keratin treatments, or weaves?

No, InHAIRitance focuses on healthy and chemical-free products for natural hair. Our goal is to help people see the beauty of their natural hair.

Do you dye hair?

Yes! A free Color Consultation is mandatory before being able to book a colour appointment. The color consultation lasts up to 30 minutes, during which the Stylist will discuss the pricing, the colour(s) will best suited to your skin tone as well as available appointment slots.

Do you take care of children’s hair?

Yes! We take appointments toddlers as well as teenagers! Ask about our Children’s Package.

How do you cut hair?

Our stylists perform dry cuts, on defined hair. This method is used by all our stylists and it guarantees the best results for curly hair as it takes shrinkage into account. Also, split ends are more visible on dry hair.

Do you treat transitioning hair?

For sure! You can book treatments that will help your Natural Hair Journey start on the right foot!
