How can I return my items?

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

Terrible customer service! Iโve used many of their products. Deep conditioner, shampoo, leave-in conditioner, styling cream, misty refresh, protein treatment, detox shampoo and I DO LOVE some products. I wonโt be buying again because of their lack of proper customer service. Itโs a real shame because their shampoo and deep conditioner do wonders for my hair type. I hope Iโll find another brand just as good!

Iโve only used it once so far but love that it doesnโt leave a film on My hair and is very light weight. Not highly scented. Also love that it could be used a a leave in or wash out conditioner
