Local pickup is available in Atlanta, GA.

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and withย original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.

What's your return policy?
expand_moreWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us atย support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, weโll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship?
expand_moreWe use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us atย support@inhairitance.ca.
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.
You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

We currently only ship Inhairitance Curl Care to United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.
We ship from Montreal, Quebec.
If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.
If in Europe we ship from Paris, France.

Terrible customer service! Iโve used many of their products. Deep conditioner, shampoo, leave-in conditioner, styling cream, misty refresh, protein treatment, detox shampoo and I DO LOVE some products. I wonโt be buying again because of their lack of proper customer service. Itโs a real shame because their shampoo and deep conditioner do wonders for my hair type. I hope Iโll find another brand just as good!

This amazing product change my whole life. Just like the finding of this salon. Smooth, light and healthy, hold it right there is a product you need to have in your daily curl routine. My curls feel refreshed and long lasting with this gel. My curls wouldnโt exist without this gel!
Love the smell, consistency and what it does for my 3 year old daughterโs hair! I use it as a leave in and her hair and her curls are moisturized without being weighed down. Love that the ingredients are clean too, highly recommend!
