This conditioner is a wonderfully rich, yet lightweight moisturizing treatment for your hair made from a 98% natural/naturally derived cocktail of Aloe, herbs, and healing butters and oils to rejuvenate and restore your precious curls!

How to use

Step 1: After rinsing your favorite shampoo, remove excess water.
Step 2: Smooth through in sections and start finger detangling.
Step 3: Leave on hair for at least 5 minutes. For extra conditioning, leave on hair for at least 15 minutes with a plastic cap. Rinse thoroughly with water.

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.

Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.

We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.

Inhairitance offers a great service and goes the extra mile. They accommodated me where they could at every step of the way. I reckon it would make it easier as a customer if you had my history at your salon, recommendations given and products I frequently buy. I found it confusing the conflicting recommendations given, especially because I don’t come to the salon frequently. Other than that, it has been great. I even brought my mom there.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship?

We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at support@inhairitance.ca.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all products to Canada.

We currently only ship Inhairitance Curl Care to United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec.

If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.

If in Europe we ship from Paris, France.
