Amazing service, great products!

This salon has a warm, friendly, yet professional atmosphere. I always feel valued and treated as though my hair care is of utmost importance to the staff. There are extensive and courteous consultations to determine exactly the best treatment for my hair and I am made to feel very comfortable and valued as a client. The hair treatments are amazing, and the different hair care products seem to be carefully designed to suit each particular hair type. I use the products recommended by my stylist and my natural hair is easily managed until my next appointment. I receive lots of compliments on my curls and hair cut and I am always happy to highly recommend this salon.

What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship?

We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at support@inhairitance.ca.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all products to Canada.

We currently only ship Inhairitance Curl Care to United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec.

If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.

If in Europe we ship from Paris, France.
