What's your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship?

We use FEDEX Ground. If you wish to have your items EXPRESS shipped please email us at support@inhairitance.ca.

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship.

You will receive an email confirmation along with shipping information once your order ships out.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all products to Canada.

We currently only ship Inhairitance Curl Care to United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec.

If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.

If in Europe we ship from Paris, France.
