Customers are responsible for shipping cost on returns or exchanges.
Items to be returned or exchanged must be unused, undamaged and with original packaging.
We will refund shipping for any faulty item(s) (manufacturer defects only) returned to us that are unused.

What's your return policy?
expand_moreWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@inhairitance.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How long does it take to ship?

We currently only ship Inhairitance Curl Care to United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.
We ship from Montreal, Quebec.
If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.
If in Europe we ship from Paris, France.

Tellement ravie de retrouver vos produits, j’ai même écrit sur Instagram pour connaître leurs revendeurs en France (avant qu’ils ouvrent les livraisons en France). Je suis vraiment heureuse car mes cheveux ont besoin de bcp d’hydratation et la plupart des gels ne tiennent pas l’hydratation sur plusieurs jours surtout pendant l’été (36degrés aujourd’****).
I have been using the Inhairitance products for about a year now and I must say I am in love with the quality of the products. The way the products make my hair feel, these products make me feel like I am getting a professional washing in the comfort of my own home. From the protein treatments, the shampoos the conditioners and the hair gels each product is designed to make my hair curls perform at its greatest potential. I get so many comments on my curls these days that I tell everyone it’s because of the quality products that I use. I love the pricing of the products and the quantity of how much you get. I truly feel like a professional using these products In my home in My Home. I hope the formula of these products specifically the ones that I use does not change because it works for me and my hair loves it. I am greatly appreciated and so glad that I was introduced to such a wonderful product.

Hold it right there keeps my curls perfect the entire week and beyond if I didn’t wash my hair weekly. Easy to apply and I set it under the dryer. My hair is so soft all week. I got the big size this time around! So worth it!!! The green shirt is day 7 and the black shirt is day 1.

The mini wash set was a great introduction to your line. I found it cleansing , moisturizing and gel defining on my 4c hair.

This product refreshes slept on day 2 and 3 hair. I like to spray my hair first and then cover it with a plastic cap before I hop in the shower. All I need is a quick fluff to reset my hair.
