What is your return policy?

We will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days. 

Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.

We currently ship to Canada, United States, and select countries in Europe including Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Inhairitance is not responsible for additional customs fees.

We ship from Montreal, Quebec.

If in USA we ship from Atlanta, GA.
