What is your return policy?
expand_moreWe will gladly refund or exchange your order within 7 days from the day you receive your item. If you would like to return or exchange any items please email support@inhairitance.ca & we will issue a Return Authorization & detailed instructions within 2-3 business days.
Please provide a proof of purchase or order number with your return or exchange request & allow 5 business days from shipment for the return to arrive and your refund or exchange to process.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable on items that are returned & not faulty.
